Why I love Soap Stone
Soap Stone is the color of a well-worn countertop in an old country kitchen. It's a deep slate grey with a cool blue undertone, substantial and calm, and it brings a grounded, timeless weight to a piece without going all the way to black. I love it on a kitchen island or a set of lower cabinets where you want depth and quiet sophistication.
