Why I love Cast Iron
Cast Iron is my true black, the one I reach for when a piece needs to be strong and a little architectural. It's deep and matte like an old iron gate, and it makes a bookcase or cabinet look custom and intentional overnight. Black takes a bit of nerve, but it's also the most sophisticated thing you can do to a plain piece, and this is the black I trust.
